Note:

Once you have become disease free it is important not to drift back to your old patterns of eating which caused the disease in the first place. This way of eating is a life shift that will continue to improve your health and reduce your risk of repeating chronic conditions such as heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune diseases which afflict 70% of our population.

Cellular Circulation and Omega 3

Cellular Circulation and Omega 3

According to Dr. Rosedale what is important in cellular circulation is what goes into the cells and what comes out of the cells. It makes no difference what gets to the cells. It's what gets into the cell that is crucial. What is it that enhances cellular circulation? It is Omega 3.

A study was done on a breed of cats that were genetically susceptible to cancer. These cats were fed a high amount of Omega 3 fatty acids plus iron. Antioxidants such as vitamin E or vitamin C were not used in this study. Here is what was discovered. The high omega 3's shrunk the tumours to nothing because the cancer cells were exploding from getting oxidized so rapidly. The omega 3 increased cell fluidity so that the O2 could rapidly get into the cells thereby causing rapid cancer cell apoptosis.

Dr Rosedale claims that because we are a sugar society we all have diabetes in one form or another.. If that is true and we know sugar feeds cancer than we are also all candidates for cancer. It's only a matter of time before each one of us becomes diagnosed with cancer. It's been said it takes about 10 years for cancer to develop in our bodies. We need to direct our attention to eliminating sugars and carbohydrates. Dr Rosedale states there are about 56 essential nutrients that stem cells require for healthy cell replication and grains and sugars don't contain any of them.

Sugar is very toxic. When you consume sugar your body burns it instead of burning fat. Your body's desired fuel is fat not sugar. Without Omega 3 your cells do not breathe and the insulin cannot enter the cells to burn the sugar. The cells become insulin resistant. Then the insulin forms saturated fat which leads to clogged arteries, obesity and decreased cell circulation.

It must be recognized that omega 3 fatty acids cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained through food sources. Not all Omega 3’s are the same. According to Dr. Cordain for an Omega 3 to have an impact on cellular circulation it must have the three types of fatty acids which are ALA, EPA and DHA. Furthermore it is important that the Omega 3 capsule contains a ratio of at least 30:15 EPA to DHA. For significant cell circulation to occur Dr Cordain recommends at least 5 , 1000mg capsules a day of Omega 3 .

Cancer is Not Genetic

Cancer is Not Genetic

According to Ron Gdansky “Knowledge gives us power. Fear of the unknown allows us to be led and abused. Information in this book can guide us in preventing and treating cancer effectively with or without chemotherapy, radiation or surgery. The key to understanding cancer is recognizing and accepting that cancer cells are simply fungal infected normal cells. If you are diagnosed with cancer, think, “I have a fungal infection. It's not a life threatening disease if you take the correct actions to eliminate the causes. If all you do is treat symptoms, it becomes a life threatening disease.” quote Ron Gdansky.

Another key to understanding cancer is to eliminate the concept of “cancer is genetic” from your thought process. There are no known genetic defects ever associated with cancer. Genes do not control their own mitosis or reproduction. The only mechanism known to initiate mitosis in mature human cells is current-of –injury. The current-of injury process begins when there is a need to repair damaged cells. Cells do not suddenly decide to multiply on their own accord. Cancer is not as a result of a defective gene theory .Genetic defects in cancer cells result from fungal integration into the stem cell line during the process of cell replication for the purpose of repairing an injury and that process alters the genetic chromosomes of the cells. There are no genetic defects that cause cancer. The defects occur because of cancer.

Now it is certainly possible to be born with certain genetic weaknesses which can effect the functions of the organs and glands of the body. Such weaknesses cause these organs to be vulnerable to injury from various sources including stress, heavy metals, toxicity, infections, candida, nutritional deficiencies and so on. Once the current-of-injury is set up with a lack of nutrients for injury repair, a congested lymphatic system , a sufficient sugar content , a drop of oxygen levels to below 35% then these genetically weak organs are easily infected by fungus and cancer is the result.

I Have Somewhat to Say About pH.

I Have Somewhat to Say About pH.

It is important to understand what happens to food after it is digested and metabolized by the body. Two of the by-products from food metabolism is CO2 and ammonia produced by oxidation of glutomine. Glutomine is an important amino acid needed for the synthesis of of all other amino acids. It also provides the cells with an abundance of energy and is known to be the most abundant amino acid in the human blood. Glutomine is very useful for the repair of injury such as cancer, trauma, burns and in the anabolic process of building organs and tissues. Glutomine is abundant in beef, chicken, fish, eggs, cabbage, spinach and parsley.

CO2 is eliminated via the lungs. However if the lung capacity is limited and there is difficulty in CO2 elimination then the CO2 combines with ammonia and converts it to urea in the liver. Healthy kidney functions excrete the urea. The CO2 can also combine with water and using the enzyme carbonic anhydrase and the mineral ion zinc converts to hydrogen and bicarbonate. Hydrogen is acid and H stands for potential of hydrogen or potential acids. Acids are normal by-products of the metabolism of all foods. The body has a lymphatic system to eliminate these acids through our natural elimination channels which are the bowels, the kidneys, the skin and the lungs. However, when the lymphatic system becomes congested with poor foods, sugars, drugs, vaccines, toxicity, the liver becomes stressed and the kidneys start to malfunction. Consequently these acids in the body do not get eliminated and become stored in the interstitial spaces or the spaces between the cells in the tissues. As the tissue acids increase the pH of the blood increases and becomes alkaline. Increased alkalinity means increased O2 intake causing the Bohr effect where the red blood cells become over saturated with O2 to the point that the blood cells cannot release this oxygen into the cells and tissues of the body. The cells and tissues are then deprived of O2. In 1931, Dr Otto Warburg proved that when O2 levels to the cells drop to below 35% oxidation can no longer take place. If there is enough sugar in the tissues this process flips into fermentation where yeast, mold and fungus become active. In cancer, the fungal DNA integrates into the stem cell line during the process of cell replication for the purpose of healing an injury and mutates the cells to form cancer cells.

It is important to note that as more acid accumulates in the tissues it eventually get pushed into the cells. At this point, the acid in the cell starts to displace the minerals in the cell. First the cell acid displaces the potassium, then the magnesium, then the sodium. Where does the potassium go when it gets displaced by the acids? It goes into the blood stream. Now upon having the blood tested for potassium levels, the potassium in the blood tests high and the common recommendation is to stop eating all potassium rich foods. There is a total lack of understanding here. Potassium is found in all good foods we eat. Potassium is a critical mineral in every cell. Along with magnesium and sodium it maintains the spark of energy, of life. Without potassium the cells malfunction, the tissues of the organs begin to disintegrate. In other words, the organs begin to die. The key to lowering the potassium levels in the blood is to feed he body with high dense mineral/potassium solution such as Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic to neutralize the acids and to use Cat's Claw Combination to feed the lymphatic system to move the acids out from the cells and tissues through the natural elimination channels. Once the acids from the cells and tissues move out, then there is room for the potassium in the blood to return back to the cells where it belongs. At this point, the potassium levels in the blood decrease, the energy levels of the cells increase and the spark of life returns.
