Recipe - Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse

4 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups half and half
I/3 cup Xylitol or Stevia
3 eggs
4 egg yolks
Cut the chocolate into bits
Heat the cream and add the chocolate bits
Beat the eggs
Add to the heated cream in a stream while beating
Keep beating the mixture on med heat for 10 minutes
Let it cool.
Add 1 scoop of Flax Hull Lignans to your dish of Mousse.
Option : add some crushed almonds or walnuts
Top with whipping cream sweetened with Stevia
Voila !
