Recipes

Flax Seed Bread
2 c. Flax seeds – ground into meal (coffee grinder)
2 tsp. aluminum free baking powder
5 eggs
pinch salt
½ c. olive oil (I use coconut oil)
½ c. water
1 tsp. Stevia or 1 tsp. xylitol (I used about 1 T. honey)
Blend Wet ingredients * Add dry ingredients and stir * Place on cookie sheet lined with
parchment paper * Let sit 10 min. until mixture rises
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes

Chocolate Pecan Cookies
4 eggs
½ c. olive oil (I use coconut oil)
½ c. xylitol (I use honey)
¾ c. coconut flour
4 T cocoa powder
chopped walnuts/pecans about ½ c.
Mix together and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
