Gall Bladder Cleanse

From the Desk of Donna Roth March 2017

I never said that getting healthy was without discomfort but I do emphatically state that the discomfort is temporary and worth it in the end. So it was with Cindy, a recent TAFYH grad who decided to take on the liver cleanse. This is where for 3 days she followed a protocol of taking LIV-C , one with each meal, Lecithin , 3 with each meal and Hydrangea, 3 with each meal for a period of 3 days. On the 4th day Cindy decided to do the Dr. Hulda Clarke Gall Bladder flush. Her report is this:
“Just wanted to let you know that I was up a 6 this a.m. cause my tummy was doing the heebie-jeebies.  I defecated about 6 - 8 lumps I would say 1/2" in diameter and the rest was thicker than water and a chocolate brown with green tones?   I am also 1 lb lighter - yesterday was 151.6 lbs and today I am 150.6 lbs. A little discomfort for big results - healing from the inside/out!!! “

Now there are scientific studies that have been done that shows the lumps that are passed with this cleanse are not gallstones and there is no evidence to prove that this cleanse actually moves out the gall stones. Here is my response to such research.
1. Research information comes from scientific studies and not from real live experiences as  from real clients who have done the cleanse.
2. It is innocent and does not hurt anyone.
3. It has prevented many people from having a healthy gall bladder removed and consequences of no gallbladder means poor digestion of fats needed for the assimilation of calcium and iron.
4. Research has analyzed so called gall stones that were dissolved but they did not go further to analyze the state of that person's health after the cleanse.
5. I would not put all my eggs in the basket of "research" Research is often slanted. Here is the perfect example that everyone can relate to. Years ago the drug, Thalidomide was well researched and prescribed to pregnant Moms and the consequences were babies born without limbs!
6. There is a distinct difference between scientific research and the Laws of Nature. In my world it makes perfect sense that gall stones that your body makes because of an accumulation of toxic debris can be dissolved and moved out. If mercury dissolves gold then surely Hydrangea,  Lecithin, Olive Oil and Lemon juice can dissolve gall stones.

I want to share my personal experience with you. Years ago I had a gall bladder attack and did the
gall bladder cleanse and it worked. The gall stones dissolved and passed and no more gall bladder attacks.I have done this cleanse several times. In my world these stones dissolve and they are no longer
stones when they are passed. Therefore it makes sense to me that when they are analyzed that
they are no longer gall stones. However that does not mean that they were not gall stones before
they were dissolved.

Many TAFYH grads have decided to take on the gallbladder cleanse and have moved out gall stones very successfully and are healthier as a result.

I now share my colleague’s remarks concerning the topic of gall stones.
“Research dismisses such stones passed on this flush as consisting only of olive oil, minerals, and lemon juice.  That may be partially true, as the olive oil has dissolved much of the substance of the stone.  But to say that people are not eliminating their gallstones on this flush is fallacious.  People with chronic pain from stones have eliminated them this way, and their pain has gone away. I did the cleanse, and I eliminated stones. I have had people eliminate stones using lecithin, a fat solvent.  Also, a lady who was debilitated and could no longer eat, and was in constant pain, and already had her gallbladder out years before, did the cleanse.  (If there is no gallbladder, the stones back up in the bile duct.)  She was wasting away, could eat nothing so could not do that cleanse, so I had her use hot caster oil packs at night over the gallbladder area.  To use her own words, "I passed a whole toilet bowl full of stones."  She repeated the process for a number of days, and soon there were no stones left to be passed.  She could eat again, the pain was gone, and she gained her health and weight back. Is your research telling me that the stones she passed into the  toilet were made of lemon juice and olive oil?  She didn't even use lemon juice and olive oil!” quote Carol
Lecithin is a fatlike substance called a phospholipid. The liver produces it daily
if the diet is adequate. It is needed by every
cell in the body and is a key building block of
cell membranes; without it, they would harden.
Lecithin largely comprises the protective
sheaths surrounding the brain. It is composed
mostly of B vitamins, phosphoric acid,
choline, linoleic acid and inositol. Although it
is a fatty substance, it is also a fat emulsifier;
hence, it supports the circulatory system.

Features & Benefits
• A key component of cell membranes, which protect cells from oxidation.
• May provide nutritional support to normal brain function.
• Enables fats, such as cholesterol and other lipids, to be dispersed in water and removed from the body.

LIV-C consists of herbs that enhance the body's detoxifying and eliminating
processes via the liver, kidneys, spleen, and
colon.
This combination helps restore energy and
relieve nervous tension by strengthening the
liver, promoting the production of digestive
fluids and by increasing the body's ability to
eliminate poisons and waste from the system.
Chinese herbalists would describe this
herbal combination as a Wood-reducing formula.
Did you know?
The fundamental characteristics associated
with imbalance in individuals classified as
having a Wood Constitution are a lack of free
flowing action, and lack of smooth, even
responsiveness. The Wood Element is part of
our nature that provides the positive aspects
of strength, resilience, and a tendency to
expand, to be aggressive, and visible. The
Wood Constitution individual is naturally
aggressive and forceful (wanting to spread
freely), sturdy, and resilient.2
