Flax Bread
2 cups of Flax seeds golden and ground
2 tsp Baking powder alum free

5 eggs
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup water
Add the dry to the set and stir quickly with a fork.
Pour into a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let sit 10 minutes
Bake at 350 for 20 min
Cut into squares
You can freeze these as well.

Nut Bread
1/2 c Olive Oil
Celtic Salt a pinch
5 eggs
1 1/2 c nut meal - pecan or walnut
1/2 c coconut flour
Spread on a cookie sheet
Bake 15 min @ 325
