Calcium

Calcium from diary is a problem - Dr. Kim Balas

- Calcium from milk is bound to casein and is not readily absorbed

- Humans do not have th enzymes to separate casein from calcium

- Milk is too high in phosphorus with inadequate magnesium

- Pasteurization binds calcium to phosphorus forming calcium phosphate
