Nicole’s program for a serious skin condition
Inflammation: grains, sugar, antibiotics, antidepressants,
No sugars, no grains, no cereals, no legumes, no dairy, no peanuts, no alcohol, no pop, no junk food, no fruit juice, no fruit except for berries and apple
Eat meats grass fed, chicken, turkey, fish, salad greens, seeds, oils, berries
Smoothie: twice a day minimum You can choose to have 3 or 4 a day for faster action
Red: Chinese Mineral Chi Tonic 1 oz each time
White: Smart Meal 1 scoop
Blue: Aloe Vera Gel
Solstic Energy ½ stick

With meals:
Pau D’ Arco 4 three times a day to open up the lymphatic system
Zinc 2 a day
Zerenity 2 a day
Liquid Methyl B 12 20 drops 3 times a day

With the evening meal take Probiotic 11 , 10 a day for about 2 bottles

Liver Cleanse
Lecithin 3 /3 times a day
Milk Thistle 1 with each meal

Drink water and Chlorophyll 1 oz twice a day
Add some grey salt or pink salt

Apply Aloe Vera Gel to your skin

Body temperature : take your BT first thing in the morning. Average : 98.6 F or 37C
Energy Levels : Keep your energy levels as high as possible with Smoothies and right foods.

One Day Kidney Flush
1 glass water with lemon
2 K and 2 Hydrangea
2 hour later
1 glass of water and Chlorophyll 1 T
2 K and 2 Hydrangea
Do this cleanse one day a week for about 10 times or so.
On the day of the cleanse you only have Smoothies and eat right and do not need to take any other supplements.
