Thyroid Belle

 

Success Story; Thyroid  Belle

            On April 14, 2022, my massage therapist noticed a lump on my throat and told me to get it checked.  The following week I saw a doctor, had an ultrasound and bloodwork done.  On May 10, 2022, I had a biopsy.  On May 16, 2022, I received a call from the doctor who informed me that I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.  I was shocked and called my daughter, my older brother, my cousins and friends.  My cousin, Sara, and her husband, Luch, called me later that night and reminded me of Donna and that there is a natural way of healing. 

Luch arranged for a meeting with Donna on May 17, 2022.  I immediately started eating the right foods that I was taught in TAFYH course back in 2018.  I spoke with Luch and Sara several times that week.  On May 19, 2022, I ordered the products Donna suggested and received them on May 21, 2022 and started taking them right away.  I spoke to Donna several times this week.  I took out my TAFYH binder and started reviewing the lessons. 

One of the ah ha moments I had was that we have new blood every 4 months.  I wrote affirmations and put them around my house.  I started to take care of myself.  This is something that I stopped doing after I completed TAFYH in 2018.

I immediately stopped eating any food that had sugar, flour, grains, nuts, and stopped drinking coffee and tea.  I started eating a lot of salads and stirfries.  I started incorporating different kinds of herbs and foods that I normally wouldn’t eat, such artichoke’s, fresh dill, and parsley.  I made sure that wherever I went, I packed my own foods (including water).

I started having smoothies twice a day, which included: wild blueberries, strawberries, power greens, arginine plus, flax hull lignans, pea protein (now I take plant protein), power beets, mineral chi tonic, capsicum and yogurt.  I am still having my smoothies twice a day and am a little addicted to them now.

I started taking the following herbs:

·         Cats Claw – 4, 3 times a day

·         Pau D’arco – 3, 3 times a day

·         Colostrum – 2 first thing in the morning on an empty stomache and then 2 in the evening on an empty stomach

·         Iodine – took a dropper full twice a day (obtained from my naturopathic)

·         Paw Paw – I started with 1 3 times a day and gradually increased to 4 3 times a day

·         Ultrabiome DTX, 2 sticks a day

·         Liquid Chlorophyll, about a tsp in a glass of water

I also had a root canal extracted and followed Donna’s program for this, with nature’s silver and a lot of Cats Claw.

Within a short period of time I started noticing that I did not have that much pain in the nighttime when I laid down to go to sleep.  My sleep started getting better.  I also noticed that I started losing weight.  On June 26, 2022, my weight was 180.50 lbs (I used to weigh 198 lbs).  I also started doing more personal growth work.

            On September 15, 2022, my massage therapist noticed that my lump started shifting in smaller size. I went from 198 lbs to 145 lbs.  I have more energy and am flexible.  I go to sleep with ease and wake up rested.  I sit for meditation every day.  I am at peace with myself.  I am fun, joyful and happy.  I go with the flow of life and learned to listen to my body.  My whole body is strong and healthy.  I see the world with love and gratitude.  I learned that this journey was a lifestyle change and that I need to stick to it with occasionally having some cheat days. My mind is clearer.  Anything is possible with having support and a willingness to make the changes to your lifestyle.

            If there is any advice I can give to anyone, then that would be to have faith and take charge of your health, as when you do this the doors open with the people that have the knowledge to help and guide you on your health journey.  Surround yourself with people that love and support you, eat well, and educate yourself about what you are putting in your body as well as on your body.  This is a whole holistic lifestyle change.  Have a positive mindset and only share your health issues with people who believe in your way of thinking.
