Daily Routine

Before Breakfast : Drink 2 glasses of pure water with 1 tsp. chlorophyll

Skin Brushing

Exercise 30 minutes minimum a day

Deep Breathing

Breakfast Options :

Olive Oil
Organic Grey Salt
Eggs,
Egg Omelet,
Fish
Walnut Seed Granola and NutriBurn whey
Flax Seed Bread with Bruchetta or other spread
Shake with:
Garden greens of choice ,
Solstic,
Mineral Chi Tonic 1 oz,
Bentonite 1 oz,

Broth – vegetable, chicken , beef
Protein- meat, fish, egg, walnuts

Evening Meal :
2 steamed vegetables
Raw salad

-fish

- hormone free meat 3 times a week
