I am ecstatic! Today I completed yet another 40 minute uphill bike ride. This is my third uphill bike ride within a week. I also did a mini –triathlon this past week.  And I was one of the oldest there and yet I was not  last. So how is it that I am able to sustain enough energy to climb those tough hills.
