This morning I received a call
from an elderly lady diagnosed with bladder cancer. She is following my
program. I love it when these people call me to ask me about their concerns rather
than doing what most people do most often and that is going to a doctor. What does
a doctor do? Write a prescription! What is the problem with a prescription? It
is a poison and it causes inflammation which is also known in a softer less scary
tone, side effects. NO! It is a poison and it causes inflammation, it slows down blood circulation, it lowers
your body temperature and it taxes your immune system. Scientifically documented
your body temperature drops by .5 C then your immune system drops by 35%! That
is huge!
In this particular
conversation with this elderly lady this morning she gives me this scenario: My
bladder really is painful at night when I lie down to go to sleep and I put on
a heating pad to alleviate the pain.
Question: When did your
bladder pain start?
Answer: 5 days ago
Question: Are you taking any
medications?
And guess what the answer is:
Yes, I started a blood pressure medication about 7 days ago.
This is when I get my Ahha!
What is the name of your
medication?
I then look up the side effects
of the medication and there it is. It is known to cause kidney problems and the
problem this lady has is in the kidney
/bladder area. There is an
irritation caused by the medication.
Question: What is your blood
pressure at.
Answer: about 165/83 but it
was low at 135/65.
I then explain that when there
is stress of any kind the blood pressure immediately goes up. She could relate
to this as many people do. Just think about going into a doctor’s office. Your
blood pressure goes up! The doctor checks it. Then the recommendation is blood
pressure medication. I repeat. Every single drug has side effects also known as
inflammation. It is a poison.
My recommendation was simple.
Just do the One Day Kidney Flush to remove the residue of the drug from your
bladder area.
There is one other thing I
want to point out as a result of this conversation. Most people that call me and
give me their concerns and relate their pains automatically blame it on the
herbs! They are sure the herbs cause the problem. They never relate their pains
and concerns to the drugs they are taking.
What are herbs?
Herbs are plants that have an
innate ability to grow roots that reach far into the Earth and pick up raw
elements and convert them to bioavailable organic minerals that provide us with
fuel sources for the purpose of reconstructing organs, glands and bones and
brain
Because an herb, being a
plant, is a food source it is digested. The intestinal enzymes break it down to
its energy components to be used by the stem cells for cell repair. Herbs contain
vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace nutrients and certain properties
which are needed to catalyze body processes.
One man came into my office
one day with kidney disease and his big concern was the side effects of herbs!
He was also afraid that there would be residues of the herbs in the blood
stream as there is with drugs. There is
total lack of knowledge. An herb is a plant and it is digested. If you take
Parsley that grows in your garden it is digested and broken down into its
energy components. This energy is then used by your stem cells for repair of your kidneys and bladder. You
will never find Parsley in your blood stream, or your bowels or your kidneys
after you digest it!! I think you start to see how ridiculous and confused our
thinking has become.
People are not afraid to take
drugs, a prescription, indicating it is a poison but they are afraid to take
innocent plants also known as herbs!
Cancer starts from an injury.
How do I know that? There is cell replication happening in cancer. The Laws of
Nature state that cells in our bodies don’t randomly replicate. They replicate
for a reason and that reason is to repair an injured membrane. Documented by

In cancer there is a lack of
nutrient building blocks for your stem
cell carpenters to replicate healthy cells and therefore the cell replication process continues.. They need
nutrients and oxygen to build healthy cells for you. The bottom line is that if
you have cancer you are not providing your stem cells with adequate nutrients,
oxygen and water. This is a Law of Nature.
In order for the nutrients to
reach the injured organ the pathways that carry those nutrients must by clear.
In other words, the highways, your blood stream , need to be plowed out in order for your blood
to get the building materials to the stem cell carpenters. If you want to know
if your highways are moving just check your body temperature first thing in the
morning. It must be at 37 C. The laws of Nature states that cancer cannot grow
in a body temperature of 37 C. Your body temperature indicates how clear your
blood highways are. Body temperature is related to an active blood circulation.
In cancer the cells that are
replicating are mutated and these mutated cells cannot repair the injury. Why
are there mutations happening?
1.The blood highways are
congested with poisons, toxic debris, and the nutrients and oxygen are not
getting to the stem cell carpenters.
2. The lymphatic system, which
I call your inner snowplows are overloaded and congested and are not moving out
the poisons and waste debris out of the blood stream
3.The elimination channels,
your bowels, kidneys, lungs are plugged and the waste debris and poisons are
not moving out.
You are eating energetically
dead food and you are relying on your body to clean that out. Dr Tom Reed said
that 70% of all grocery store foods have GE ingredients. Dr Reed is the author
of Your Health Has Been Hijacked.
We know we need some supplements,
and we go to Super Store or Costco to buy them. Dr Reed said most vitamins and
minerals are coal tar products.
Everyone is eating massive
amounts of grain products. Unfortunately, these grains are 2020 grains exposed
to glyphosates from Round Up spray that cause leaky gut, leaky brain and
interfere with protein digestion. Glyphosates are approved as an antibiotic
according to Dr. Reed. This morning I talked to a lady with breast cancer and she
related that she had a blood test done that indicated a high amount of glyphosates
in her blood stream.
Then there are lectins, which
are antinutrients found in grains poke holes in the gut, escape into the blood
and make the blood sticky and heavy.
Candida fed by sugar, grains
and antibiotics and different medications gets into the blood stream. It is a
yeast infestation and can settle in any organ or gland of the body thereby
preventing oxygen and nutrients from reaching those areas.
Medications of various kinds
all have side effects. This is a soft term for inflammation. They create
poisons which the liver must detoxify and if the liver cannot do this job
effectively then these poisons settle in vulnerable inherent weaknesses in the
body. I know of one lady who suffered terribly from the side effects of a
thyroid medication that she was taking for 20 years. It was destroying her bone
marrow and her blood was in terrible trouble. But we were able to solve that
problem. There are alternatives to medications.
Root canals are continuous
brewing factory of microbial infection and that has nowhere to go except into
the flow systems of the body, the blood and the lymphatic system. Now your
immune system is constantly taxed to clean up this infection.
Dr Haley tested 3000 root
canals and all were infected. He openely stated that these infections were so
horrible they were equivalent to botulism.

mouth on the same specific meridian as the leg that was affecting her ability
to walk. She had a hard time believing me as the dentists that she went to see
told her that there was nothing wrong with her root canals. Even though she had
requested extraction no dentist would pull that root canal out. Her walking
continued to deteriorate and shortly thereafter it was announced that she had
died.
Vaccinations of all kinds be
it flu shots, pneumonia shots, shingles shots, MMR, DPT and so on are all
genetically engineered in a lab. I wouldn’t eat any GE foods why would I inject
GE poisons into my body? How can we ever think that a vaccination could prevent
an illness? Have you ever bothered to read what is in one of those injections:
heavy metals, aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde, viruses grown in sick animals
and so on. No vaccination has any nutritional benefits and it is a poison in your
blood. It causes inflammationThe simple laws of nature tell you that you need
nutrition to prevent an illness and not a venomous vaccine injection!
As a side note presently
Pfizer is announcing the new corona vaccine which is 90% effective. Now look at
that word; effective. What does it really mean? Now I know I can’t explain it
as Robert Kennedy can. But there is a huge warning about this horrible corona
vaccine that I just recently learned from him. A whistle blower recently
exposed this vaccine has in it anti-HCG antigens which causes 90% sterility in
females and stops sperm functioning in males.

An NGO that specializes in
misinformation is warning that conspiracy theories could threaten the rollout
of a COVID-19 vaccine, saying that we have reached a "pivotal and
hypersensitive crossroads" that could threaten this pandemic and vaccines
in general.
The group, called First Draft,
identified 1,200 of the most pervasive social media posts to address which
conspiracy theories and misinformations were most common. The safety and
necessity of vaccines and the "political and economic motives" behind
vaccines were the two most dominant topics, the group found.
"We need to find a way to
acknowledge people's uncertainties and fears, rather than dismiss them, and
build bridges between health experts and the vaccine hesitant," the NGO
said in a report.
The consequence of the poisons
I just mentioned is that the oxygen levels to the injured area are dropping. The
laws of nature state that without oxygen oxidation for cell replication cannot
take place. Dr. Otto Warburg proved in 1931 that when oxygen levels drop to
below 35 % oxidation for healthy cell replication can no longer take place. If
there is adequate sugar in the adjacent area oxidation flips into fermentation.
This process gives rise to parasitic, fungal, viral activity. When the fungus
integrates into the stem cell line of inner skin cells then the end results is
cancer.

There are several key takeaways from this course.

Commitment and taking action: Just
knowing the right information will not change anything. Only by acting on what
you know and continue doing it will make a difference.

Gratitude: I’m very grateful that Donna
focused a lot on ingraining a habit of thankfulness in us. Our body is not purely
physical. To achieve the ultimate healthy and happy life, it takes far more
than getting the physical side right. Gratitude is a key to true success.

Vision board: Unfortunately, we are
inclined to put off, forget, or even quit. Having the mindset set right at all
times is vital. Vision board helps me focus on the right direction and why.

Right information: Even if you have
everything above right, if you follow the wrong stuff, it’s meaningless after
all. So knowing the right stuff backed up with scientific evidence, facts and
statistics is absolutely crucial.
Time
It’s not only doable but it’s efficient.
It helps me focus on a few fundamentals that matter most, so
it can make a difference in my life without interrupting my daily routines.
Education
As I said, the education is invaluable.
It didn’t disrupt my wrong beliefs just for the sake of
disrupting, but helped me see the blind spots in the health industry.
It helped me shift my perspective, and start taking the
small steps for myself and others close by.
Structure
Repetition is a key to learning anything new.
She did it wonderfully by repeating what is important, e.g. “What
makes you grateful?”
It leads to my next point…
Commitment
I was constantly reminded of my initial commitment, by answering
the same question everyday: “What are you creating for your health?”
I have to admit I didn’t understand why I had to do it, but eventually
I realized that it helped me build the right attitude through those micro
commitments everyday.
Implications
Except for health-specific knowledge, everything else I
learned above can also be applied to whatever I do in life and my career.
Reaching Others
I have not just evidence from my own list of symptoms that
changed, but also facts and data to back up what TAFYH teaches. So it’s easier
to talk to people who are absolutely foreign to and even hesitant about this
teaching.

I believe it is a great way to face squarely your current
state of health.
Especially for those who are not in a great shape, just by
answering the questions will make them realize how much they’re in need of help
and guidance.
Comments:
I already said it many times during the program, but I
cannot say enough how great a teacher and coach Donna is. She is preaching the
truth about health that’s against the popular belief and along the way she must
have faced a lot of opposing forces. But she doesn’t respond to the adversity
with bitterness but with grace and smile. I believe there are a lot of good
teachings out there, but it’s rare to meet a good teacher with the right
knowledge. And that’s why TAFYH is worth paying attention to.

Ahha's We were called to read an ahha each day from the last lesson. Sometimes it felt like I could have read the whole lesson. Such as; "When we create new uplifting thoughts each day we are replacing dark energies where disease thrives with a higher energy frequency where no disease can exist" Or; "Health is something we do for ourselves, not something that is done to us; a journey rather than a destination; a dynamic, holistic, and purposeful way of living." - Dr. Elliott Dacher Time We did the conference call at 8:00 am originally and Donna was very accommodating to allow us to 7:30, which worked better for everyone in the group
We were allowed to ask questions before the lesson which pushed us over the 15 minutes many times but it created an interactive cohesiveness in the group The lessons didn't seem very long but left me with so much to digest that it would carry me through the day as I thought about it Education The program was only 2 months, however it will take years to digest it all!
There was no 'useless' information and was brilliantly put together so that it flowed so that one lesson built upon another Structure I do not generally embrace structure to easily but it didn't take long before I began to see what Donna was trying to accomplish in and with us and I said to myself many times, "that was brilliant the way she did that" I could see the benefit of the 'why' and I knew that it couldn't be done another way to achieve those results.
Commitment Commitment to something you don't yet understand will always be difficult. The first 2 weeks are probably the hardest. I guess that's why it's called commitment. I had never been on a conference call before and found the fist few sessions a bit awkward but after I found my 'groove' I began to look forward to the call. I think being committed to my health journey makes it a lot easier to be committed to the program.
Implications Through TAFYH I now have an understanding that people can heal from almost anything and that it is possible to live in health, given the right environment. I also see many people who could use this knowledge in their health situations and that while some are open to explore the possibilities, most are not.
Reaching others I feel a new passion rising inside me to advocate for those who need a hand up in this journey. Armed with solutions I can offer hope to others.

Emotional Stress and Surgical
Pain
One lady ended up with
excruciating pain after a knee surgery. She refused to take pain medication
because the medication would make her very sick. She was in a desperate
situation feeling overwhelmed. anxious and worried. “It’s an awful feeling when
you have pain after knee surgery, and you don’t know whether you are coming or
going. I had reached the end of my tether and I didn’t know what to do.” In her

The Contagion Myth by Dr.

Previous to 1984 antibodies to
the virus meant you were immune to the virus. Then the parameters of this definition
changed to antibodies meant that you had a potential virus and the virus was
causing the disease.
The mystery of malaria
This is a disease that kills
over 1000 people a day in tropical countries. We have been made to believe that
it is the mosquito that causes the problem. But here is an interesting take on
this theory. Many people in England suffered from malaria symptoms under the name
of marsh fever or ague, Symptoms are fever, headaches, muscles weakness,
nausea, vomiting, chest pain, abdominal pain. On another note lets explore methane
poisoning. Wetlands produce swamp gases which include hydrogen sulfide, carbon
dioxide, and methane, The symptoms of methane poisoning include are fever,
headaches, muscles weakness, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, abdominal pain. Note
marsh fever, methane poisoning and malaria result with the same symptoms that
cause the destruction of red blood cells.
We are made to believe that to
travel to a foreign country we need to take a vaccination to prevent malaria. What
we really need to something to build red blood cells and keep the carbon dioxide
levels down and the poisons moving out of our bodies. The solution is not a
drug, or a vaccine but it is Cats Claw to get the lymphatic system to move the
poisons like methane out as quickly as possible, Chlorophyll liquid and it
comes in capsules as well to keep the red blood cells from destruction and Zinc
to convert the CO2 into uric acid as fast as possible. The other nutrient that
helps in conversion of carbon dioxide into uric acid is L Arginine as in

Zika virus
Here is Dr Cowans take on
Zika. There was an outbreak of rashes in babies in Brazil. Zika was blamed on
mosquitoes. Interestingly enough the rashes on babies followed a campaign of
DPT shots given to poor pregnant women in Brazil. So the question remains; is
Zika caused by the mosquitoes or is it caused by the DPT shots.
AIDS
In 1971 President Nixon declared
a war on cancer. The theory of the day was that viruses caused cancer and the
medical establishment vowed to find a cure. Hundreds of millions of dollars
flowed into the coffers of cancer research. The war was a complete failure and
by 1980 scientists were scrambling to find funding. And guess what they needed in
order to keep the money flowing. The CDC needed a major epidemic to justify the
existence of CDC and their scientists. All the CDC really needed was the media,
an announcement and a country not familiar to us.
It just so happened that there
was a drug that was an immune suppressive drug used to prevent people from rejecting
organs after a transplant such as a heart or kidney transplant. Some really
aware scientists noticed that this particular drug along with other immune suppressive
drugs called poppers were used a lot in Africa and these drugs caused the
symptoms of infections, TB, mono, neuropathy , Guillain Barre syndrome, all of
which describe autoimmune disorder disease; AIDS. AIDS was invented and of
course it started in an African country, the far away land of which we know nothing
about. The big announcement was made using main stream media in America that
AIDS was caused by the HIV virus and now just listen to the FEAR that it would eventually
spread through the entire population killing us all and the need for money to
stop this was announced. 200 billion dollars was invested in AIDS research to
develop an antiviral drug AZT which is very toxic. The fact is that no one has
ever isolated the HIV virus and that AIDS is not a sexually transmitted
disease. It is caused by immunosuppressive drugs
Now this story gets even deeper.
The test used to find AIDS is PCR test, the same test that today is used to
detect corona virus. What does this PCR test really test for; it tests for
deteriorated genetic particles in the blood. And what deteriorates the genes;
toxins, ELF, malnutrition, stress.
Dr Cowan quotes È If you
poison an organism with any type of toxin that degrades the cells and the genes
then more degenerated genetic material will be found in your blood and with an
increase in the number of cycles the PCR test will pick up the so called genetic
virus in your blood.
This also applies to an
antibody test. The more poisoned you are the more antibodies you have. This is
a simple Law of Nature. This does not mean you have a viral infection.
The question is then asked.
How could this observation escape the scrutiny of brilliant men and women
scientists and virologists? The answer is so very simple. It is to stimulate
the most powerful activator of human decision-making process and its called
FEAR.
After the many many years of
research researchers have yet to prove that a virus causes any disease or even
that any virus has ever been isolated!
Regarding CoVID virus;
No virus has ever been purified
from a sick person.
They never demonstrated the
absence of the virus form well people
They never proved that the transmission
of the purified virus could make well people sick.

This is scientific fraud of the first order.
No study has ever proven that

Marie had been sick off and on for 17 years. She was
stricken with asthma attacks and relied on steroids to ease asthma. The side
effects of the steroids led to osteoarthritis and now she was taking pain drugs
