David: Back and Knee Pain Gone, Acne Cleared and Body Systems Score from 88 to 17

Success story in the making, by David and Heather, May 26, 2017:

David is Heather's husband. After Heather started TAFYH, she asked David if he was interested in doing it too. David said he would, but he didn't fully commit at the start; he had a very hard time giving up buckwheat groats (for porridge), quinoa and legumes.

David had given up gluten, grains, dairy and sugar in August 2016 along with Heather and had lost 20 lbs, but he was still craving sugar and salt, tired, and having lower back and knee pain. He was also breaking out at times with acne on his face and back, and getting heat rashes from the sun. After about two weeks of seeing the changes in Heather and in her running and biking, he changed his breakfast porridge to a smoothie, and he has never looked back.

David can now ride up hills on his mountain bike that he would have had to train for a month to find easy. He recovers quickly, is not exhausted on long rides and is not sore the next day. His knee and back pain are gone, and the acne on his face and back has cleared up. He also had a sensitive tooth, but since he changed his diet and started using Silver Gel on it, it is no longer sensitive.

His program mirrors Heather's: no gluten, grains, legumes, dairy or sugar; 2 smoothies a day; Chlorophyll water; Cat's Claw combination, Colostrum, Psyllium Hulls and LBS 11, Protease Plus and MC, Berberine IR, Super Omega 3, Capsicum, UC-C for the nerves and Probiotic 11. He has done the kidney cleanse (x4), the bowel cleanse and the liver cleanse.

When David started, his Body Systems score was 88 (Glandular 13, Structural 11, Hepatic 12, Nervous 10, Circulatory 8). It is now 17 (Glandular 6, Structural 1, Hepatic 0, Nervous 4, Circulatory 3). He has lost about 5 lbs on the scale, but he has lost fat and gained muscle; his clothes are looser and his face and body more defined. He has fewer dark circles under his eyes, and he no longer has abdominal discomfort or bloating.
