Judy: Fatty Liver Disease After Years of Work Flu Shots; Liver Tests Near Normal, BSQ from 91 to 22, in About 8 Weeks

Judy is a TAFYH grad who often attends the Monday night calls. In her words: "I always considered myself to be in pretty good health. I ate well, had my fruit and veggies, stayed away from junk food and took my vitamins. Even my friends were shocked when I told them I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. That didn't deter me until I found out that I had a toxic liver: non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. That sent out some alarm bells."

Her doctor suggested a statin drug to lower her cholesterol and blood pressure. After researching cholesterol she decided not to take it, and went looking outside the medical field. A friend recommended a nutritional seminar, where she was introduced to Nature's Sunshine products and TAFYH. "TAFYH gave me the education I needed to make an informed decision about my liver problem. I also discovered that the flu shots I was forced to take because of my work every year destroyed my liver."

"Almost 8 weeks later, after taking supplements and eating the right foods, off grains, sugars and starches, I have not only helped my liver but my whole body. My BSQ numbers dropped from 91 to 22. No more cravings. No more constipation. Chronic pain has subsided significantly. My blood pressure has dropped to the 120s. My last liver blood test showed my ALP dropped to 106 (normal is 105), and my ALT dropped to 34 (normal is 30). No Hep C was found. I have more energy than I know what to do with, and to date I have lost 14 lbs." Her vision board slogan, from her Dad, kept her going: "The sticker is the winner."
