Dr. Joen was diagnosed with throat cancer after she was exposed to some very toxic fumes. She had a hoarse voice and talking was difficult.
Dr. Joen is a TAFYH grad, so upon discovering the cancer she immediately resorted to the Paw Paw program. In her words, "The Paw Paw killed my cancer." Today she is cancer free.
