Inspire Oil Blend

It is one of my very favorite oil blends, so I am excited about doing this presentation. But first I would like to share the quality processes involved in the Nature’s Sunshine Oil blend.

Nature’s Sunshine has been in business since 1972 for a very good reason. They totally invest in the highest quality in the world. Nature’s Sunshine is the only herbal company in the world  with an ISO certification.

Inspire Blend

Juicy citrus and cooling mint oil blend to awaken the senses with spicy undertones to provide the fire needed to uplift, motivate and INSPIRE!

Its properties enhance immunity, circulation, healthy Weight, healthy cells

It can be applied with the Hand and Body carrier lotion to the Liver and Gallbladder area to ease frustration and tension

It can be applied to the Heart area to uplift and give you a feeling of joy. Inhal

It can be applied the  the Feet:  8 drops to each foot  to enhance immunity or to boost the immune system during a time of a cold or flu. Do this for 7 days

It can be used in Aromatherapy and diffused into the atmosphere for immune protection

It helps Cellulite to dissipate when used in baths; 10 drops to 2 cups of Epsom salts and 2 T of baking soda and enjoy a wonderful inspiring bath as the cellulite melts away.

Inspire is a Fight the Fat Blend. It can be added to  the Hand and Body carrier lotion and used after showering on the legs, upper arms, and belly and buttocks. This is something I do every morning after my shower.

It is great for diffusing in the morning whenever a sense of ‘get-up-and-go!’ is needed. Inspire can be carried  in the  purse, briefcase or backpack to help find motivation during a long, exhausting day as it is both a nervine/calmative blend..

I would like to share some recipes for the Inspire Blend

Essential Shield Foaming Hand Soap

Buy a bottle of foaming hand soap, pour it out & use it as your dispenser.

12-ounces of Water (distilled or boiled is best)

2 Tablespoons Nature Sunshine Essential Shield all-purpose soap.

Inspire Blend 8 drops

Fill the soap dispenser with water to about 1 inch of the top (leaving room for the bulky foaming pump and the soap to be added).

Add at least 2 tablespoons of Essential Shield all-purpose soap to the water mixture

Close and lightly swish to mix.

Use as you would any regular foaming soap.

CREAMY HAND LOTION

▷ 7 drops Lavender

▷ 5 drops INSPIRE

▷ 2 Tbsp Hand & Body Lotion

Apply twice daily or after washing hands to moisturize them.

Roll ons

Fill the clear roll-on bottle about ¾ full with a Carrier Oil. Then add 15–20 drops of Inspire blend. Put the top on tightly and shake to mix. EASY.

Make a Inspire spritzer.

For a 2 ounce bottle and these are available from Nature’s Sunshine , mix ½ water and ½ Nature’s Fresh Enzyme Spray. Add 10 drops Inspire. Spray your bathroom area as you prepare for your day.Use it in your workspace whenever you need an uplifting inspiration. Use it in your car. Imagine how inspired you feel driving home from work or on a long trip or if you are preparing an inspirational event.

Diffuser

 Add 20 drops of INSPIRE Uplifting blend) to your Nature’s Sunshine Diffuser and diffuse in your bedroom or bathroom for 30 minutes while getting ready.

Inspire is a great gift for someone special. Last year my daughter, Susan, purchased car diffusers from Nature’s Sunshine and put drops of Inspire into each diffuser to give as gifts to her friends and colleagues. How about a Tiger Eye bracelet with 10 drops of Inspire as gifts? A necklace with 10 drops of Inspire is a great gift and very long lasting.   A Generation Asleep? Narcolepsy in Teens and Young Adults

Narcolepsy, a severe sleep disorder that typically emerges in adolescence, appears to be on the rise in the U.S. A new analysis of U.S. health care claims reports prevalence roughly 50% higher than the upper limit cited in most prior studies, with the highest incidence in late adolescence and the early 20s.

As with many of the chronic conditions that plague today’s youth, narcolepsy researchers suspect that environmental exposures in genetically susceptible individuals are a key trigger. This perspective is compatible with recent studies proposing that narcolepsy is an autoimmune disease. And among the environmental exposures capable of setting autoimmunity in motion, recent medical history provides one clearly established culprit: an H1N1 influenza vaccine widely used in Europe in 2009–2010 during the so-called swine flu “pandemic.”

MC Oral Chelation

A study was conducted at the Preventive Medicine and Nutrition Care Center in California.
